He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee and Lola Cox (Fettic); and his siblings, Paul Cox and Mary Ellen Reinhart. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Cox (Pylate); his son Dr. David; his daughter-in-law Donna Cox; his grandchildren, Sunny Kapka (David), Haley Merrell (Chris) and David Cox (Kelsea); his great grandchildren, Teagan, Bennett, Maddox and Bowen; and his sisters, Ruth Henrich, Martha Brallier and Betty Benefiel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
