She is survived by: her husband Clayton Lee Collins; her children, Dawn Wall, Sean Collins, Douglas Frizzell (Cheryl) and David Frizzell; her grandchildren, Amber Arikat, Abigail Arikat, Violet Clemons, Destinee Collins, Madison, Matthew, MacKenzie Frizzell, Danielle, Destanie and David Frizzell; her sisters, Susan Elizabeth Gump and Dawn Marie Frizzell; and her cousin Patricia Jones. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
