She was predeceased by: her husband Karl Uhde; her grandson Alex Topolewski; her parents, Herbert Veler and Anna Veler; and her siblings, Herbert Jr, Imogene Boyd, Frances McGill, Jim, Emerson, Kenneth, Lyle, Franklin and Roger.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nathan Uhde (Heather), Anthony Bowman (Stefanie), Natalie Tison (Charles), Meredith Reed (David) and Eric Topolewski; and her sister-in-law Helen Veler (Jim). She is also survived by her three children.
