She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Garlinger and Delores Lowe; and her grandson Jacob Cline. She is survived by: her husband William Melvin; her children, William Melvin, Jr. of Clarktown and Debra "Sis" Cline (Mike) of Clarktown; her grandchildren, Miranda Melvin, Kaylynn Leeth (Chastin), Macy Melvin, Merrill Melvin, Ethan Cline, Teagan Melvin and Miley Melvin; her great grandchild Hadlee "Gracie" Leeth; and her siblings, Thomas Lowe of Marengo, Pam Warner of Columbus, Judy Brisker (Kevin) of Florida, Brenda Bartram of Marengo and Tracie Tong of Sinking Springs.
