He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Ann and Wilma Ann; his former wife Ethel Martin; his stepson Charles Alexander; and his great grandchild Aaron Mays.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
