She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Herman Russell and Goldie Ellen Wooddell Russell; her husband Samuel W. LeForge, Jr.; and her sisters, Carlene Garrison, Mary Shelton and Karen Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Bowen (Burton) of West Union, OH, Daniel LeForge (Linda), David LeForge (Chris), Denver LeForge (Karen) of Waynesville and Darin LeForge (Tracy) of Clarksville, OH; her siblings, Betty Flynn, Paul Ed Russell and Vickey Harperee; and her grandchildren, Frank, Chris, Ellen, Travis, Shane, Tandy, Jeremy, Dawn, Destry, Josh, Jared, Brandon, Brittany and Brady. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
