She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Mulford Haseltine and Mae Peterson Haseltine; and her brother Bruce Haseltine. She is survived by: her husband John Lengyel Jr.; her sons, Jason Lengyel (Cassandra) of Wilmington and Justin Lengyel (Jennifer) of Loveland, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Alexis Lengyel of Deptford, Ethan Lengyel of Loveland, Madeline Lengyel of Loveland and Conner Whitt of Wilmington, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
