He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel "Banny" Garrison and Mary Elizabeth Durbin Garrison; his grandparents, Elizabeth "Lizzy" Puckett and Cecil Puckett; his siblings, Herschel "Herbert" Garrison, Roger Garrison, Larry Garrison, Gary Garrison, William "Billy" Garrison, Linda Arnold and Peggy Burns; his parents-in-law, Virginia "Jenny" Sholler and Joseph "Joe" Sholler; and his siblings-in-law, Tommy Sholler, Mike Sholler, Keith Sholler, Joann Teboe, Rosemary "Rosie" Jackson, Wanita Harner, Diana Everhart and Lynn Werner.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Garrison; his children, Teresa Hayslip (Steve), Julie Myers (Mark) and Jack Garrison (Tammy); his grandchildren, Tyler Hayslip, Megan Beaver (Derrick), Makala Bunner (Justin), Elizabeth Myers (Owen Young), Hunter Myers and Kayla Macke; his great grandchild Barrett Walker Bunner; his siblings, Patricia "Patty" Flint and Richard "Dick" Garrison; and his siblings-in-law, David Jackson, Larry Teboe, John Arnold, Dora Sholler (Tommy), Carol Sholler (Mike), Sherry Sholler (Keith), Donna Garrison (Larry) and Elaine Garrison (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Contributions in Jack's memory may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
