He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Carroll and Betty Carroll. He is survived by: his spouse Zellia Hamilton; his children, Dave Carroll (Theresia) of Clarksville, Rolland Moore (Theresa) of Lorain, Charles Moore (Mollie) of Lorain, Ohio and Beverly Floyd (Tim) of Clarksville, Ohio; his siblings, Randy Carroll and Cora Tussey; his grandchildren, Dusty Carroll, Tiffany Jackson, Jay Jackson, Craig Floyd, Chris Floyd, Jason Moore, Anita Moore-Kubishke, Liz Moore Dower, Christy Hall, Gene Hall and Viki Jo Moore; his son Curtis Hall; his siblings, Tom Carroll, Leonard Carroll, Glena Sue Thompson and Lucy Perry; and his grandson Jeff Moore. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
