He is survived by: his daughter Tabitha Short (Keith); his sister Faye Moore (Perry); his nephew David Moore; and his nieces, Donna Moore, Laura Kinner and Tammy Blanton. He is also survived by nine great-nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends.
