He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Evans and Geneva Evans; his wife Alice Evans; his children, Guy Evans (Penny), Rebecca Surber (Shawn) and Maranda Gilmore (Adam); his grandchildren, Brooklin Surber, Caden Gilmore, Khloe Gilmore, Kolbie Gilmore, Nikki Dyer and Braden Goldsberry; his great grandchildren, Oliver Dyer, Jack Dyer and Jayson Dyer; and his cousin Steve Coley.
