He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester C. Garman and Ruth Garman (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Karen (Manor); his brothers, Bobby Garman, Lester Garman (Robin) of Xenia, Richard Garman of Clarksville and Denny Garman of Wilmington; his siblings-in-law, Suzanne Manor of Beavercreek, D. William Manor (Cynthia), Kenneth Manor and C. Robert Manor (Tammy) of Wilmington; and his nieces and nephews, Kristin Jackson (Kevin), Erin Cropper, Jennifer Price, Sarah Rodgers (Mathew), Kristi Garman, Amanda Stroup (Zachery), Lesley Hochstettler (Ridge), Russell Garman (Rachel), Ryan Garman, Jason Mallory (Jennifer), John William Finkbone, W. Shane Manor and Matthew Manor.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (237 W Main St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
