It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger W. Wilburn of Clarksburg, Ohio, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Wilburn and E. Jane Anderson Wilburn; his brother Jay Wilburn; and his brother-in-law Ernie Cottrill. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Cottrill; his children, Eric Wilburn (Ashley) of Clarksburg, Emily Grooms (Jason) of Georgetown, TX and Erin Ratzlaff (Brady) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Jackson, Hayden, Scarlett Grooms, Mia, Ila, Liv Wilburn, Braelyn and Evie Ratzlaff; his siblings, Bobbie Garrison (Myron) of Frankfort, Mike Wilburn (Debbie) of Frankfort and Jarrod Wilburn; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Mees (Bruce), Gregg Cottrill and Paul Cottrill (Vivian) of Frankfort; and his aunt Kay Stockman of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
