He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dickey and Hattie Rinehart Dickey; his wife Judith Echard of Brown's Chapel Cemetery; his children, Jeffrey Dickey and Kathie Dickey; and his siblings, Paul Dickey, Jr., Russell Dickey and Ruth Karr.
He is survived by: his son Ralph "Chip" Dickey, Jr. of Clarksburg; and his granddaughters, Mistie, Lacie, Corie and Caitlin. He is also survived by ten great - grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ebright Funeral Home (55 Springfield St, Frankfort, OH 45628). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
