Kemptor; and his siblings, Ruth Sark of Columbus, Judy Woods of Columbus, Joyce Britton of Chillicothe, Norma Putnam of Chillicothe, Helen Louise Orr of Chillicothe, Beverly Crider of Chillicothe, Leonard of Chillicothe and Larry Caplinger of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
