She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Piatt and Hazel Wamsley Piatt; her husband James R. Gallo; her granddaughter Amy Grooms; and her brothers, Harry and David Piatt.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Blanton (Charlie) of Manchester, OH, Beth Walsh McCoy of Galloway, Tim Gallo (Robin) of Circleville and Carrie Cousino (Greg) of Adrian, MI; her grandchildren, Angela Jackson (Matt), Brad Grooms (Becky), Jason Walsh (Tara), Julie Walsh, Jeanna Waugh, Jeremy Evans, Nathaneal Evans, Natalee Leasure (Kyle), Tim Cousino (Hannah) and Andrew Cousino; her sister Rosemary Greiner of Long Island, NY; and her sisters-in-law, Roxine Jones of Lorain, OH and Maureen Kerns of State College. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
