She was predeceased by: her parents, John Haynes and Alpha Detty Haynes; her husband Kenneth E. McCollister; and her siblings, Mary Catherine Butler, Betty Estep, John Haynes, Robert Haynes, Joseph and Josephine Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Sue Patton (Ross) of Barboursville, WV, Nelson McCollister (Connie) of Frankfort, Patti McCollister of Frankfort and David Lyle McCollister (Michelle) of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Amy, Brian, Beth, Mark, Melody, Shane, Patrick and Jesse; her sister Phoebe Kuskowski of Lebanon, TN; and her sister-in-law Betty J. Haynes. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
