She was predeceased by: her father Glenn Anderson; and her son Christopher "G. R." Gary. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Gary; her son Charles James "C. J." Gary of Clarksburg; her sister-in-law Becky Dixon (Don) of Richmond Dale; her niece Jessica Biggers (Matt) of Bellbrooke; and her great-nieces, Ellie, Abbie and Maggie.
