He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Winkfield and Cremolia Herron Winkfield; his wife Kelly Gearhart of Clarksburg, WVA; his children, Shaundra Winkfield and Joseph Winkfield III of Youngstown; his stepson Michael Vickers of Columbus; his grandchildren, Bre'Aunna Winkfield, Phantashia Freeman, Xavier Winkfield, Joseph Winkfield IV, Janita Winkfield, April Winkfield, Charisma Winkfield, Honestly Winkfield and Noriah Winkfield; his great grandchildren, Bryson Winkfield Oakley and Au'Bree Butler; his siblings, Phyllis Mass (James) of Youngstown, Jacalyn Turner of Moseley, VA, Sandra Love of Girard and Walter Winkfield of Youngstown; his uncle Rev. James Herron (Ruby) of Westerville; his siblings-in-law, Shelly Aldrick, Christina Hickkson and Ronald Adkins; his stepmother Rhodia Winkfield; his siblings, Rosetta Adkins and Rev. Michael Cox; and his aunt Juanita Robinson. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
