He was predeceased by: his parents, George Turner, and Effie Weil Turner, Sr.; his son Randy Paul Turner; his stepgrandson Derek Duane Roberton; and his siblings, Foy, George Jr. and Betty Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Byers Turner of Clarington; his daughter Cheryl O'Neal of Beckley, WV; his daughter-in-law Maleah Turner of Clarington; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Megan O'Neal, John Regan O'Neal, Jacob Paul O'Neal, Keira Elizabeth O'Neal and Jada Rebekah O'Neal; his stepgranddaughter Rebekah Roberton; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Briana and James Roberton.
