He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pfalzgraf and Lucy Pfalzgraf (Shaw); and his siblings, Bill, Ed, Ken Pfalzgraf, Genevieve (Dee), Dorothy and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Pfalzgraf (Lallathin); his children, Rita Gust (Jerry) of Clarington, Mona Mistovich (Mike) of Powhatan and David Pfalzgraf of Clarington; his sister Shirley Clegg of Sardis; and his grandchildren, Jaime Bier of Beallsville, Jenna Rosnick of Clarington, Michael Mistovich of Martins Ferry and Melissa Mistovich of Steubenville.
