He is survived by: his parents, Charles M. Rosen, Sr. (Donna) of Powhatan Point, OH and Sandra Kay Palmer Johnson of Clarington; his wife Sandra L. Ruschak Rosen of Clarington; his sons, Seth Rosen of Jerusalen, OH., Scott Ruschak of Clarington and Franklin Bauer (Brooke) of Powhatan Point; his sister Sonya Dierkes (Fred) of Nashport, OH; and his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Jason, Allena, Declan, Claira, Lilah and William.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
