He is survived by: his son Michael O'Brien (Tara Brown); his wife Carol O'Brien (Schneider) of Painesville, OH; his mother Malaney O'Brien (Spangler); his sisters, Erin Knife (Kevin) and Lori Butt (Art); his nieces, Katie Schneider, Stephanie Brown, Brittany Knife and Christina O'Brien; his nephew Kevin Knife Jr.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Annie, Henry, Everly, Lyla, Mya, Caitlin and Emily.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Kevin's honor to the Chardon VFW Post 6519.
