She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Brungs and Eva Brungs (Wolfe); her husband Walter Edwin Lewis; her siblings, Paul Brungs (Pat), Marvene Barnhart (Barney), Betty Martin (Fotty) and Susan McCabe (Warde); her brothers-in-law, Jim Justice Sr. and Hayden Rigsby; her great-nephew Marcus Weaver; and her niece Robyn Rosenburg.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Lee Lewis and Kimberly Louise Bowen; her granddaughters, Kaitlyn Nicole Bowen and Chelsea Elizabeth Bowen; her sisters, Mary Rigsby and Shirley Justice; her niece Stephanie Miller (Robert); her great-niece Malea Gray (Isaac); and also, Joseph McCabe, Ivan Gray and Chloe Gray. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and numerous other special family members and friends.
