He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Voss and Mary Voss (McGowan); and his son Kevin Voss. He is survived by: his children, Arlene Cutlip, Darlene Oehlke, Chris Joseph (Guy), Kim Rader (Scott) and Lisa Justice (Mark); and his brother Don Voss. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
