He is survived by: his wife Michelle Evans (Lochbaum); his mother Sara Brown; his mother-in-law Norma Burton; his son David Lee; his siblings, Phillip (Crystal), Jason and Pati; his brother-in-law Tim Lochbaum (Renee); his daughter-in-law April Evans; and his granddaughters, Neveah, Lily and Einsley. He is also survived by 4 step grandchildren; two step great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
