It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Stroop of Circleville, Ohio, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ogal Wilson Lear and Hazel Irene Wells Lear; her husband Sanford Clinton Stroop; her siblings, Beatrice Lear Stover, Rose Lee Lear Holley and Thomas Wilson Lear; her brother-in-law James Fredrick "Freddie" Stover; her nephew James Franklin Holley; and her niece Carla Louise Holley Case.

She is survived by: her children, Carlton Stroop (Charlene) of Circleville, Cynthia Stroop Asher of Troy and Michael Stroop (Joy) of Oak Hill. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren.
