She is survived by: her husband Tim Martindale; her children, Tonya Legg, Kaylee Frazier, Jeremy McGraw, Timothy Martindale Jr. and Hanna Martindale; and her siblings, Terry, Donald Francis and Teresa Duffy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
