He was predeceased by: his son Cody McKibben. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Allen and Marian Allen (Stiles); his wife Tina Allen (Davis); his daughter Kodi SirLouis (Ian); his grandchildren, Carter, Caiden, Alayna, Cambri and Cameron; his mother-in-law Betty Hopkins; and his sisters, Michele Dengler (Andy) and Deanna Schrader. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
