He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wickerham and Betty Wickerham (Pontious). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Miller; his daughters, Kelli Armbrust (Doug) and Haley Wickerham; his grandchildren, Peyton, Brooke, Joey and Miley; his stepchildren, Lee Dyke (Tanya), Angela Stumbo (Fred), Elizabeth Giroux (Matthew) and Michael Miller; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Tristian and Maddux; and his brother Nick Wickerham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
