He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Taylor and Peggy Taylor; and his sisters, Theresa Harlan and Joyce Ann Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Katie Guba (Andrew), Francie Taylor and Theodore "Ted" Taylor Jr. (Shanette); his grandchildren, Zachary of Tanner, A. J., Hayley and Abigail; his siblings, Frank "Jerry" Taylor and Rebecca Taylor; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Elder (William) and Mary Morehart.
