She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Swank and Peggy Swank; her brother Steven Michael; her grandparents, Rev. Lloyd, Bessie Davis, Raymond Swank and Grace Swank; and her aunts and uncles, Cleo Melvin (Ron), Rosemary Crabtree (James), Larry and Robert Swank.
She is survived by: her sister Roxanne Carter of Hilton Head; her nieces, McKenzie Cameron (Chris) of South Carolina and Stacy Detty (Philip); her great-nieces, Emma Rose, Brianna and Makayla Detty of Circleville; and her uncle Ronald Melvin of Columbus.
