He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Fraley and Maude Fraley (Ratcliffe); and his brother Ray Fraley. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Fraley (Myers); his daughters, Theresa Winteringham, Laura Hunter and Beth A. Fraley; his stepsons, Barry and Mark Williams; and his grandchildren, Senecca Sommers, Walker E. Sommer, Carl Jay Fraley, Vincent Lewis II and Nelson Winteringham.
