He is survived by: his parents, Cynthia Walters Tyler and Jerry Lewis Sr. Sean; his daughter Persayous Walters; his siblings, Susan Lewis and Jerry Lewis Jr.; his nephews, Austyn Walker, Jayce Hutchinson and Jacob Nicholson; his niece Kiersten Lewis; his cousin Corey Hartsough; and his aunt Char Landman. He is also survived by many other extended family members including aunts and uncles.
