He was predeceased by: his father Herschel Sammons. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Sammons (Belcher); his wife Tabitha Sammons; his stepchildren, Lindsay Surgener (Robbie) and Dylan Darling (Sarah); his grandchildren, Harper and Alaina; his brothers, Hershel Sammons Jr. and Greg Sammons; his parents-in-law, Chuck and Debbie Strous; and his siblings-in-law, Justin Strous and Heather Eidson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Scott's name directly to the funeral home.
