It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kay Smith of Circleville, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Speakman and Helen Speakman (Weethee); her husband Paul M. Smith; and her granddaughter Olivia Smith-Jones. She is survived by: her children, Robert T. Caplinger (Cyndy) of Circleville and Stephanie M. "Chell" Smith-Smith (Douglas) of Circleville; her grandchildren, Robert T. Caplinger II and Jessica R. Caplinger; and her sister Joyce M. Connell. She is also survived by nieces and many other family and friends.
