She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Barthelmas and Marguerite Barthelmas (Gardner); and her siblings, William J. Barthelmas, Jr. and Marilyn Jean "Cookie" Caulfield. She is survived by: her daughter Steva Cowen; her grandchildren, Rain and Lyric Hoops; her siblings, Barbara Jo Moore and Steven J. Barthelmas; her nieces and nephews, Steve, Jr., Holly, Scott, John and Jennifer; her close friend Kathy Wilson; and her caregiver Linda Shull.
