He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Keaton and Evelyn Keaton (Walisa); his wife Patricia Keaton (Chelikowsky); his sons, Jeffrey and Chris Keaton; his daughter-in-law Angie Keaton; and his siblings, Junior, Jimmy, Chuck Keaton and Mary Ellen Holbrook.

He is survived by: his sons, Kevin, Brad (Natalie) and Greg Keaton (Brittany); his daughters-in-law, Janet Keaton and Kate Bell; his grandchildren, Corey, Josh, Zack, Nicholas, Nathanial, Abigail, Anna, Brooklyn Moore (Alex) and Natalie; his great grandchildren, Beau and Tate; and his siblings, George, Joe Keaton, Sharon Hooks and Susie Brown.
