With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Donald Smalley of Circleville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 2, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard William and Donna Lee Smalley (Rambo); and his sisters, Sara Kaye, Susan Lee and Cathy Jo Smalley.
He is survived by: his son James Robert Smalley of Dayton, Ohio; his close friend Suzy Keller; his nieces and nephews, Angela Smalley (Tim Robbins), Brittany Pennington of Texas, Connor (Samantha Estep), Cole Pennington (Chang Kim) of Texas, Chester and Sammie; and his aunt Mary.
