He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Neal C. Perkins and Janet Perkins (Gleason); and his brother Dr. Paul C. Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Susan Perkins (Fleming); his sisters, Mary Hyslop (Paul) and Carolyn Perkins; and his children, Jennifer Perkins (Brian Mathus) and Aaron Perkins (Sophie Simonard).
