He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee and Carol Lee; his parents-in-law, Vicki and Phillip Cerain; and his brother Eric Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Misty Lee (Certain); his children, Josh, Eric, Jesse (Heather), Carol Lee and Billy Gardner (Tabby); and his brother-in-law Richard. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
