He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Justice and Lucille E. Wilson Justice; and his brothers, Jack, Marvin and Ralph Justice.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann George; his daughters, Rebecca Mason (Ryan) of Mount Sterling and Janet Smith (Chris) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Kara Creed, Jessica Vandemark (Alex), Caleb Creed (Kayla) and Rachael Smith; his great grandchildren, Danny Mason, Emmalynn Vandemark, Gavin Vandemark, Charlie Faye Creed and Holly Mason; and his sister Edith Hawkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
