He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Gullatta and Lilly Gullatta Sr. (Messina); his wife Dorothy; and his brother Sam Gullatta. He is survived by: his children, Donald Gullatta of Heath and Lori Hamann (Mark) of Circleville; his brothers, Tony (Marjorie), Marty (Sandra) and Tim Gullatta (Rose); and his sisters-in-law, Regina and Michelle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
