He is survived by: his wife Arlene Pennington; his children, Judy Forsythe (Mark), Brenda Blair (Adam), Patricia Pennington (Charles), John Pennington, Raymond Pennington (Megan) and Micheal Pennington (Ashley); his grandchildren, Zack (Sydney), Jonathan (Maison), Breanna (Jacob), Dylan (Meredith), Charles (Makayla), Brooklyn, Ryan, Kira, Alyssa, Makenna, Bentley, Trevor, Brayden, Brylee, Belle, Camden, Temperance, Micheal Jr., Parker, Lincoln and Piper; his great grandchildren, Kohwen, Greyson, Rhetley and Coralynn; and his siblings, Sherry Bruce, Patricia "Pattie" Osborne and James "Rusty" Pennington.
