She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Hanshaw and Edith Hanshaw (Fraley); her husband James D. Caudill; and her siblings, Janet Hanshaw and Frank Hanshaw.
She is survived by: her children, Opal Lynnette Caudill of Circleville, Charles W. Caudill (Jayme) of Amanda, Teresa Ott (Joe) of Circleville, H. Dewayne Caudill (Mary) of Ashville and Jason Caudill (Kathy) of Pataskala; her grandchildren, Josh (Stacy), Jessica (Josh), Joey (Mia), Makayla, Brianna, Jimmy (Jessie) and Austin (Savannah); and her siblings, Patsy Meyers, Greta Stevens, Martha Sparks, Homer Hanshaw (Tammy), Elaine Adkins (Frank) and Joe Hanshaw (Patty). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was 1961 graduate of Louisa High School and had worked as a caregiver/STNA in the Alzheimer area at Monterey Care Center in Grove City.
