She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Cook and Mary Cook (Thomas); and her siblings, Geraldine Stevens, Melanie Lanman and Brian Jack Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby (Dora), Brian (Darla) and Bradney Conkel (Shelly); her grandchildren, Megan Travis (Jose), Brandon (Brittany), Kyle (Kaitlyn), Hannah, Kenny Maynard, Chelsie Conkel, Amanda, Allen Martin, Gracie, Olivia, Kendall, Auri, Angelo, Chris, Landon, Calvin, Cameron, Bryson, Bowen, Baylor, Elaina, Aria, Coleson and Isannah; and her sister Georgia Furness.
