He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Sr. Rozell and Sarah Carlene Pence Rozell; his brothers, Robert D. "David" Rozell, Jr., William W. Rozell, Aden H. Rozell and Earl E. Rozell; and his nephew Billy Davisson.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Cindy Rozell of Urbana, Becky Rozell of Chillicothe, Virginia Rozell of Chillicothe and Dana Rozell of Chillicothe; and his nieces and nephews, Wesley Rozell, Josh Rozell, Megan Patten (Don), Joe Rozell (Kayla), Jeff Rozell (Kara), Ben Rozell (Christina), Bethany Rozell (Joe Peterson), Aimee Vaught (Joe) and Harlee Rozell (Nick Stillman). He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
