She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. VanGundy and Shirley Ann VanGundy (Clemmons). She is survived by: her boyfriend John Fenneken; her children, Nichole J. and Paul W. Teets; her grandsons, Trevor Alan and Colin James Teets; her great grandchildren, Raelynn Ann and Addison Nichole Teets; her brothers, Michael E. VanGundy and Mark Clemmons; and her close friend Vickey Malone. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
