She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel West and Edith West (Dawson); her husband David E. Underhill; her daughter Sally Underhill; and her sister Janet Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Miller (Andy), David Underhill (Becky), Denise Thomas (Chris), Samuel (Shelley) and Daniel Underhill (Donna). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
