She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Cook and Ethel M. Cook; and her brothers, Charles, Cliff and Jim.
She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Johnson; and her children, Virginia Davis (Richard), Kathleen Sassa (Joel), Paul Johnson (Carol), Eric Johnson (Betty Lippold) and Patricia Rothe (Mike).
